Coach Katie's extensive training and expertise have successfully guided hundreds of people toward a productive lifestyle. She knows what it takes to create sustainable change and is committed to helping people reach their goals. At a young age, she honed her skills and values, working in retail and customer service before obtaining a bachelor’s degree in marketing. She gained valuable experience in the construction industry and corporate administration. Her passion for human behavior, emotional intelligence, and the power of thought led her to pursue a career in professional coaching.
