This event will be all about health and wellness.
We will be meeting at Yoga6 Studio in Clearwater.
 
Our very own Kris Lorello will be giving us a lesson in strength, flexibility, concentration, breathwork, and meditation as we practice Yoga Flow. Chair massages will be given by Therapeutic Elements and CBD samples will be provided by Your CBD Store, Oldsmar.
