In this special evening class during the Valentine's Day week we will practice mostly heart openings with several props such as yoga blocks, blankets, bolster, yoga strap and a chair. Heart openings are not only a perfect theme for Valentine's Day, they are supporting proper breathing (which effect our mental side positively) and they help with shoulder, neck and spine issues.
