Calling all Halloween fanatics!!! Enjoy Halloween fun for the whole family at La Femme Institute's inaugural Full Moon Fest: The First Halloween, a community festival! Get in the Halloween spirit with games, art activities, photo ops, tricks, and treats! Try the silent auction and raffles, and taste treats from food trucks.
