Menu Options:

Cheeseburger in Paradise: Half pound fresh ground beef chargrilled on our mesquite wood fired grill, placed on a toasted onion roll and topped with 100% real Kraft American cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion. "A treat for the True Parrot Head" ~ $20.50

Jerk Pork Sandwich: Fresh, slow roasted hand pulled pork done jerk style with a sweet and spicy taste of the islands. Served with a toasted onion roll with lettuce, tomato and onion. ~ $20.50

Chicken Cobb Salad: Crisp Romaine and iceberg lettuce, with vine ripe tomatoes, cucumbers, green bell peppers, red onions, monterey jack cheese, fresh egg and crisp bacon. Topped with warm grilled chicken and croutons. Served with garlic bread. ~ $22.00

Chicken Caesar Salad: Fresh Romaine lettuce, croutons, parmesan and romano cheeses, tossed in a homemade caesar dressing. Served in a large bowl and topped with chicken blackened or grilled. ~ $22.00

Turkey Club Twist: Fresh Spinach wrap, smoked Turkey, crumbled bacon, shredded lettuce, diced tomato, white American cheese, all wrapped up and served with ranch dressing. ~ $22.00

Shrimp Tacos: (2) Soft, fresh, flour tortillas filled with blackened shrimp, sriracha mayo, guacamole, homemade salsa puree and shredded cabbage. Served with beans 'n rice. ~ $23.00

Salmon Dill Wrap: Fresh blackened salmon, shredded lettuce and tomatoes, rolled in a dill flour tortilla with skillet dill sauce and herb garlic ~ $25.50
